Recently I’ve had more security questions. Maybe due to the current climate or simply a greater awareness of increases in burglary.
Security is a layered approach and should be tailored to you but generically my approach is to:

Secure the property from common break in techniques and ensure insurance/Police requirements are met.
• This usually means ensuring mortice locks and/or rim cylinders are BS 3621
• Ensuring Euro cylinder locks are 3 star diamond standard
• Ensuring accessible windows all have handles with key locks

Ensure an alarm is present
• This will notify you and your neighbours when your home is broken into.
• With modern smart alarms your smartphone can be notified as well as used to arm/disarm.
• Our smart alarms are wireless (the hub is powered and connected to your internet router) but all sensors are battery powered and wireless. This means your new home doesn’t need floorboards moving and minimal impact to decorations.
• Our systems can also have sensors connected wirelessly up to 200M so are ideal for the detached shed/garage/outbuildings.

CCTV is recommended
• CCTV gives you the ability to capture suspicious behaviour
• Our systems are tailored and can mix differing resolutions of camera depending on budget and requirement.
